We also supply a range of HDPE / LDPE plastic carcass bags for frozen carcase packaging. Used primarily for the inside of the stockinette bag to stop entrapment of the cloth materials that can occur in the freezing process, the plastic carcase bag is applied to the carcass before the stockinette goes over the top.
Our HDPE / LDPE carcass bags are certified food grade and are suitable for frozen applications and for blast freezer processing used at export meat facilities.
